Order Processing

Standard delivery for in-stock items is within 10-15 business days.  Please allow 4 weeks for large orders and custom promotional masques.  All US domestic orders are shipped 2-3 day mail through the United States Postal Service. International orders will receive a separate invoice for shipping and customs charges, and take an additional week for order processing.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Karnevàl masque(s) any un-used, undamaged item(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Orders are shipped insured and every precaution is taken to ensure your item is delivered safely.  However, in the event of damage due to shipping, replacement or a full refund will apply, provided it is requested within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Safety

Karnevàl masques are ‘made-to-wear’ and therefore all products used to create our masques are Certified AP Non Toxic by the Art & Creative Materials Institute and conform to article ASTM D-4236.  We only use products that do not contain CFCs.

Many of Karnevàl’s masques are embellished with beads, crystals, bells, feathers and ribbons, items that could present a choking hazard, and thus are not suitable for young children.

Karneval’s masques are paper-based and should not be submerged in water. Typically a damp cloth or light dusting is all that is required to keep your masque looking its’ best
