When can I expect my order to arrive?

Standard delivery for in-stock items is within 10-15 business days.  Rush service & express delivery are available, but for in-stock items only.  Custom masques and large orders generally require a minimum of 4 weeks.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after placing your order.

Is a deposit required for custom masques?

To secure your desired production date a non-refundable deposit is required. All deposits are applied to your order total.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts are offered for large orders and promotional masques only.

Do you offer samples?

Photo and/or physical samples are only offered for custom promotional masque orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks and all major credit/ debit cards are accepted, however personal checks may delay production & shipping date.

Wholesale pricing is offered for a limited number of approved retailers. If your store is interested in carrying Karneval masques please contact retail services for more information.
